Paulette I . Gray, Esq.
Attorney Paulette I. Gray is the CEO and head mediator and conflict coach at the lounge. She is a skilled mediator and conflict coach. With years of experience in the legal field and a master's degree in Dispute Resolution from the nation's top-ranked ADR program, Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Paulette specializes in helping individuals and organizations resolve their disputes and navigate through challenging conflicts. Her niche area is the entertainment industry. As such, she helps entertainers, athletes, and social media professionals resolve disputes and conflicts which ultimately saves them money without going to court!
She is also raising a child director in the industry and has a son who is a skilled photographer and cinematographer. In 2021, Paulette and her family produced an episode of her daughter's noteworthy script, "Searching" and Paulette even played one of the main characters. Through her expertise and compassionate approach, Paulette is committed to guiding her clients towards effective resolutions and promoting harmonious relationships.
